All CUiRASÉX products are assembled by hand with the utmost care to ensure exceptional quality. Such high standards naturally restrict our production capacity and, at times, the demand for our products outpaces this capacity. Therefore, the availability of certain products may be limited.

Delivery

Please note that all prices shown exclude any relevant import taxes and duties. Our shipments are delivered DAP (Delivery At Place), which entails that the recipient of the shipment assumes responsibility for any potential import duties and taxes associated with the international order(s), both before and after receiving them.

CUiRASÉX currently uses multiple courier partners, depending on the shipping country and service selected at checkout. Delivery can take place in 3-5 business days. Orders are usually picked packed and ready to ship within two business days of completing your order except during holidays.

While punctual delivery remains our priority, it's worth noting that the factory's operational framework could influence the precise arrival date of your order. To set the right expectations, we furnish projected delivery timeframes, typically spanning from [3] to [6] months. Our unwavering commitment entails keeping you well-informed at every juncture, all while pledging to deliver a product that unquestionably justifies the anticipation.

Exchange and Returns

We hope you’re delighted with your order. All CUiRASÉX products are made-to-order, and therefore can not be returned or exchanged. If you believe your order arrived defective, incomplete or different from what you bought, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours following the reception of the order.
